This website is an on-line catalgue and you are not able to purchase directly from here.  If you are interested in a particular product then please submit a completed enquiry form and we can provide you with additional information required and then process your purchase.   Clothing & footwear products will have the size range available loaded at the start of the season and specific sizes within the range may become sold out during the season. Other products may be out of stock from time to time and you will be notified of any delay while the product is sourced.

Actual product colours may vary from that shown in the image.    Product images are either supplied by the distributer or have been taken inside the store, colours may vary depeniding upon the type of computer & web browser used to view this site.  Should you have any concerns then please contact us.

Returns

Should you not be satisfied with any item purchased then please return it in an unwashed and unused condition within 10 days of purchase.  A replacement or refund will then be provided.   

Deliveries

Delivery costs will be advised at time of purchase.  Most items are sent by Courier Post and where possible the most cost effective method will be used.  Bulky toy items may incur additional delivery charges. Should you live at a rural address and prefer another delivery method then please ask us at time of purchase.

Sizing Guide

Children’s Clothing

As a general guide the garment size equates to the child’s age. Though each brand has its own size specifications. For example a size 1 is for a child aged one, a size 8 is for a 8 year old child. You know your children best and if they are taller than average then they may need a size up from their age. As a general rule of thumb most Australian and New Zealand brands are similar in size therefore a size 2 in Minihaha is approx equivalent to a size 2 in Mini Minors.  European brands are generally smaller fitting than Aus/NZ brands and you may consider going up a size. Most children’s pants, shorts and skirts now come with an adjustable waist which assists in catering for different shaped children. If you are unsure as to which size is most suitable please contact us for further details regarding a particular garment. We can supply you with an item’s measurements.

Children’s Footwear

Each brand fits slightly differently and sizing does vary between brands. We have found an outline of the child’s foot provides a good place to start with when purchasing footwear without trying on first. You can fax or post through a tracing of your child’s foot and we will fit it to the most appropriate size.

Prewalkers - i.e. Bobux, Shoo Shoos and Tip Toey Joey usually have a size label by age rather than shoe size.i.e. 3 - 6mths, 6 - 12 and 12 - 18mths. This should be used as a guide only as some feet are smaller/larger than average.
